Shipping & Returns
Motion Is Life Pty Ltd (Bauerfeind) ships most orders (available in stock) the same day of order receipt if submitted before 12pm AEDT. Orders received after 12pm (AEDT) will be dispatched the next business day. All orders are shipped via standard delivery service by a number of providers. You can opt for express delivery on checkout. All applicable freight charges do apply. Oversized/overweight shipments may require additional shipping charges. Bauerfeind does not accept liability for delays due to unforeseen circumstances including damages to our property and shortage of personnel. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Express shipping: $19.95 (incl. GST)
Standard – $30 flat rate.
Express – $40 flat rate.
In some circumstances, Motion Is Life accepts the exchange of products. This is judged on a case by case basis. Refunds are not available.
Circumstances where exchanges of products are accepted include:
- Needing to change size. This only applies if supports, braces and insole products have not been used other than trying the product on to check the fit.
- Should the product have a manufacturer defect, this will be covered under warranty and the item will be replaced.
A used item (beyond trying it on) is strictly non exchangeable and non refundable.
Items need to be returned in undamaged retail packaging with all accessories and manuals. Any returns that are received with damaged packaging or without all accessories may be rejected or subject to a 30% restocking fee, at our discretion. Please take care packaging your returns to avoid damage in transit; we will not accept returns with damaged packaging. We do not recommend using soft satchels.
Products from the compression socks category are non refundable or exchangeable.

A return authorisation (RA) must be issued from Motion Is Life Pty Ltd headquarters by contacting customer service at [email protected]. Any return without a return authorisation enclosed in the shipping package will be refused. A time limit of 7 days from the date of delivery for returns applies for all consumer purchases. Bauerfeind strongly recommends shipping your exchange through a registered/tracked postage service in the original shipping carton with a signature on delivery. Bauerfeind is not responsible for returned packages lost by any delivery service.
